If you need to ask that question: install the precompiled binary version
of mgetty that comes with your Linux distribution and be happy with it.

Besides this: the master site is http://mgetty.greenie.net/, and there
are download links plus all the documentations on that site - and it's
the 3rd hit if you enter "mgetty" into the search field on google.com.
