mgetty release 1.1.37

Hi,

I have just released mgetty 1.1.37.

This is mostly a "minor maintenance" release.

Most notably, "faxspool -t <start-end>" works now :-) - and besides, this
there have been minor enhancements here and there, but nothing really
spectacular.
